Cyncly Acquires Smart Glazier

Cyncly has acquired Smart Glazier, extending its capabilities into the glazing contractor segment.

Smart Glazier provides a platform designed for glazing contractors, combining design and configuration tools with business management functions such as quoting, ordering, scheduling and invoicing. The company has developed its offering around the specific needs of contractors, supporting workflow efficiency and operational management.

The acquisition builds on Cyncly’s existing presence in glass manufacturing and dealer solutions, expanding its reach into contractor operations. Contractors are identified as a key part of the supply chain, often working with manual or disconnected systems. The integration of Smart Glazier is intended to support a more connected workflow from design through to installation.

Anand Krishnan, CEO of Cyncly, said: “By bringing Smart Glazier into Cyncly, we’re now reaching the person on the front lines: the contractor. We are connecting the work done at the job site directly to the factory floor, making sure that what is measured is exactly what gets built.”

David Brennan, Founder and CEO of Smart Glazier, added: “Becoming part of Cyncly enables us to build on that foundation, giving us the scale to keep improving the platform and supporting customers as their needs evolve.”

Don Busiek, General Manager of Cyncly’s Windows, Doors & Glass solutions, said the integration would help reduce manual processes and improve accuracy across the supply chain, supporting faster quoting and more efficient project delivery.

Cyncly states that Smart Glazier will continue to support its existing customers and partners, while benefiting from increased resources to accelerate product development and integration.
