NorDan UK has acquired RED Systems, expanding its capabilities into façade and building envelope solutions.
The acquisition forms part of NorDan’s UK growth strategy, strengthening its early-stage design, compliance expertise and project delivery capabilities. By combining NorDan’s high-performance window and door systems with RED Systems’ façade expertise, the business aims to offer a more integrated approach to building envelope design and delivery.

RED Systems specialises in aluminium architectural glazing, curtain walling and façade systems, with experience across residential, commercial, education and leisure sectors. The business has completed over 500 projects and is known for early-stage project involvement and technical coordination, including Building Safety Act gateway submissions.
