DoorCo and Winkhaus UK have further strengthened their established partnership with the development of a brand-new hardware solution for the Stable Door, designed around specific manufacturing and market requirements.
The new double radius Interlocking Stable Door Solution builds on the work already undertaken by the two businesses. Winkhaus has previously collaborated with DoorCo on the locking hardware for its purpose-built stable door range, which is available across its ORiGINAL and GRiPCORE collections.
Bespoke Stable Door solution
Engineered with four locking points, the new solution incorporates separate hooks and deadbolts for the upper and lower sections of the stable door. An integrated shootbolt connects the two halves internally, removing the need for additional visible hardware and helping to simplify fabrication.
The double radius variant has been introduced to support simpler routing and create a cleaner, more cohesive finished appearance. It reduces the additional preparation and finishing work associated with creating a square end, helping DoorCo and its customers achieve a refined result more efficiently.
An adjustable roller ball latch also supports accurate alignment during installation and allows straightforward adjustment throughout the life of the doorset.
Cohesive collaboration
