Residencesponsors Women in Fenestration Network

Window and door designer, The Residence Collection, has announced its sponsorship of the Women in Fenestration Network (WFN) Professional Development Day, taking place on 25 June 2026.

The partnership highlights the company’s commitment to supporting inclusivity, professional growth and the role of women across the UK fenestration and manufacturing sectors.

As the construction and glazing industries continue to evolve, empowering diverse talent is increasingly recognised as important for long-term innovation and success. The upcoming WFN event is designed to provide female professionals with networking opportunities, mentorship and practical career development support.

Commenting on the sponsorship, Sarah Hitchings, Sales and Marketing Director at The Residence Collection, said: “We are incredibly proud to sponsor the Women in Fenestration Network’s Professional Development Day. The WFN is a fantastic and highly welcome initiative for our industry. Historically, manufacturing and fenestration have been male-dominated fields, but women are increasingly stepping into leadership, technical, and commercial roles that shape our market's future.

“Women in this industry need structured support, visibility, and a platform to collaborate. At The Residence Collection, community engagement and progress are core to who we are, and we are thrilled to play a part in driving this conversation forward in 2026.”
