Lee Marriott of the DUN Agency has rejoined forces with Anglo Metals managing director Paul Sullivan to support the growth of the Manchester-based supplier of steel reinforcements to the window industry.
Marriott previously worked with Sullivan before Anglo was acquired by Amari Metals Engineering Group in 2021. During that period, he helped grow the company’s aluminium ancillary sales from £400,000 to £1.6 million over 18 months.
According to Anglo, Marriott also supported window companies in reducing steel purchasing costs and will now work with his existing industry network through the DUN Agency.
Lee Marriott, managing director at DUN Agency, said: “With Paul Sullivan returning to Anglo again last summer, it felt like a natural progression to collaborate once again.
“I established DUN specifically to give companies access to my 20 plus years of industry knowledge and experience in a more cost effective way, and am already talking to many existing and potential Anglo customers on behalf of other brands. Adding Anglo to my portfolio will enable the company to seamlessly increase sales straight out the gate, as we need no training or induction.”
Paul Sullivan, managing director at Anglo Metals, said: “Lee more than proved his value during his years with Anglo, and we are delighted to welcome him back to the team in his new capacity as the DUN Agency.
“He has an intimate knowledge of our industry, and his input will help us re-establish Anglo as the leading supplier of steel reinforcement in the UK.”
