Cottage Installation Recognised

Homebrite Limited has won FENSA’s April Installation of the Month award for a cottage installation recognised for its product selection, finishing detail and customer service.

Based in Kent, Homebrite Limited specialises in window, door and conservatory installations. FENSA’s Installation of the Month initiative highlights projects demonstrating high technical standards and professionalism across its approved installer network.

According to FENSA, the winning project stood out for its sympathetic design approach on a cottage located in a secluded setting.

The installation featured twin rebate flush casement windows from Liniar’s Resurgence range finished in Chartwell Green, selected to complement the character of the property while delivering a refined appearance.

Assessors highlighted the finishing detail throughout the project, including externally colour-matched silicone and a concealed trickle vent arrangement designed to maintain the clean aesthetic of the installation.

Sam Davies, Technical Manager at FENSA, said: “This project is a great example of how the right product choice, combined with careful detailing, can transform a property while remaining sympathetic to its character.

“The attention to detail is clear throughout, from the colour choice through to the finishing elements. Homebrite Limited delivered an installation that not only looks impressive but also reflects the high level of workmanship and consideration we look for in Installation of the Month entries.”

The homeowner also praised the installation team, commenting that the project was completed within the advised timeframe and that the installers remained clean, tidy and accommodating throughout the work.

As the latest monthly winner, Homebrite Limited will now be entered into the FENSA Installation of the Year competition and will also receive £50 in Amazon vouchers alongside social media assets recognising the achievement.
