Cyncly, a global provider of AI-driven software for the spaces-for-living industry, today announced the appointment of Steve Warfield as Chief Customer Officer (CCO). As CCO, Warfield will lead Cyncly's global customer organisation, with direct responsibility for the end-to-end customer experience including onboarding, enablement, customer support and customer success. In his role, Warfield will focus on delivering a consistent and connected experience across the company's entire software portfolio, helping customers realise the full value of Cyncly's software.

Warfield brings more than 20 years of customer operations leadership in complex, fast-growing B2B SaaS and enterprise software environments. He has a proven track record of scaling global teams, improving customer experience and maintaining customer loyalty through clear operating models, strong execution and the thoughtful deployment of new technology. Most recently, he served as Vice President of Customer Service and Technical Support at Zendesk, a global leader in customer experience software.
