ERA, one of the UK’s leading manufacturers of home security and fenestration products, has been shortlisted in three categories at this year’s G26 Awards, including a Rising Star nomination.
An annual celebration of excellence across the glass and glazing industry, the G26 Awards reward innovation and exceptional performance, with the winners announced at a prestigious ceremony on 27 November 2026.
Part of global building products group Quanex since 2024, ERA’s notable sustainability achievements helped earn a spot on the Business Excellence Award shortlist, while its commitment to genuine customer partnerships helped to secure a nomination for Component Supplier.
Meanwhile, Commercial Enablement Manager Helen Grice’s shortlisting for the Rising Star Award comes after a year of demonstrating exceptional professional growth, leadership and influence, marking her as a future leader in the glass and glazing industry.
Helen has recently led on the development of a competency framework to be implemented by Quanex in anticipation of publication and implementation of the BS 8670-2 competence for construction product standards, translating the principles of the code of practice into something that can be applied practically across the business.
